Okay so you want to train something new eh? Have no fear here is the section and rules where you post your training request.
Okay first you post a new thread in the Character Modification area requesting that you train something. You wait till a mod or admin posts in it saying you can train it then you are free to train it. You'll then come back and post in your post saying that you are done. A mod will read over it and then approve it if it was done right.
